Thank you for your interest in my artwork! These terms and conditions outline what to expect when purchasing a piece or commissioning a custom creation.
- Final Sales: All sales are final, including originals and commissioned pieces. Refunds and cancellations are only available under exceptional circumstances.
- Commissioned Work Requirements: For custom pieces far from my location, detailed information like photographs or historical references are required to ensure accuracy. Full payment is due upfront for all commissions.
- Damaged Artwork: If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days with photos for assessment. We’ll offer a refund or replacement, whichever you prefer, for verified unrepairable damage.
- Incorrect Shipment: If you receive an incorrect artwork, please contact us within 3 days. We’ll arrange for the correct piece to be shipped at no extra cost, or offer a refund if unavailable.
- Commission Cancellation: Cancellations on commissioned pieces are not accepted once work begins or full payment is received. Exceptions may be made for unavoidable circumstances that prevent completion. Deposits on commissions are non-refundable.
